Type
- Age: 18–35 (flexible if exceptionally creative.)
- Location: Baltimore or surrounding areas.
- Gender: All identities welcome.
- Profession: Students, creatives, aspiring or professional photographers, videographers, artists, designers, stylists, content creators.
Mindset
- Passionate about fashion, art, and creative expression.
- Loves collaborating with other creatives.
- Wants visibility and professional growth.
- Values inclusivity and community.
- Excited about attending events, photoshoots, and city experiences.
- Active on social media and interested in sharing their work.
Behavior
- Regularly posts fashion or creative content online.
- Comfortable being photographed or contributing to group shoots.
- Participates in events and engages with the community.
- Open to learning, networking, and sharing creative ideas.

Member Expectations
1. Represent the Collective with Pride
- Show up stylish, expressive, and authentic — in whatever gender or fashion identity fits YOU.
- Maintain positivity, respect, and inclusivity toward all members and partners.
2. Participation & Engagement
- Attend at least 1 group event or shoot per month (or whatever minimum you choose).
- Engage with the collective on IG (likes, comments, reposts).
- Be active in the group chat for updates, planning, and creative ideas.
3. Content & Posting
- Tag the collective in relevant Stories + posts.
- Participate in group shoots and content days when possible.
- Keep your IG feed (or at least some posts) fashion-forward, creative, and in line with the group vibe — any gender expression welcome.
4. Reliability & Accountability
- Arrive on time to shoots/events.
- Communicate early if plans change.
- Step into leadership when you can — help others capture content, pose, give creative direction, etc.
5. Community & Culture
- This is a safe, affirming space:
- No shade
- No gossip
- No exclusion
- No discrimination of any kind
- Celebrate each other’s individuality, style, identities, and wins.
6. Collab Etiquette
- Any partnerships, promos, or brand deals that use the collective’s name must be approved.
- If a brand reaches out to you individually because of the collective, disclose it — transparency keeps things fair.
7. Respect Boundaries & Identity
- Use correct pronouns and names.
- Respect everyone’s comfort levels during shoots and events.
- No unsolicited critiques of bodies, gender expression, or style.
